splendid software. I looked for graphics software for converting image files to icons everywhere before. Finally, I found it on download.com. It's so convenient to convert images into icons and create image files which meet my requirements. I'm very happy with it.

Not a great program

I bought this program based on the feature list. While having filters and effects might appeal to some, I never use them.
The editor is grindlingly slow. I've got an Intel 2.0Ghz processor, and it is just annoyingly slow sometimes. It pauses and then redraws the screen at odd intervals. I have no idea what this program is doing that causes these delays - I have far more advanced software that is not this slow. It is unpleasant to use, and I wish I had bought something else.
