I live in China where 30,000 censors would be out of work if everyone used this program. I don't know about security issues but it gets me through to sites that have been blocked for years.

Throughput is reasonable through their server. More stable and better performance than iPIG. Less expensive than VPNHotSpot and Witopia. It may not be industrial strength security, but it does encrypt so you can't be sniffed and it will stop most intrusions.
