Hidden mode is not really hidden

icon shows up in try whenever computer is restarted, and you have to click hide again, even if you custimize windows start menu to "always hide" the icon, it stil flashes for a moment on startup and is like I said still there if a user clicks on the tray to look in it afterwards until the hide icon option is clicked again
