HelpMaster Pro was very easy to download and install. The installation wizard steps you through the process in the correct sequence. SQL Server can be a little tricky but PRD Software have written their own tool to help, and it's great.
I found the application easy to use and it is a very powerful helpdesk application. Many of the features are what you would only expect to find in packages that cost more than twice as much. The ROI will be very quick.
There is a very comprehensive help file in the application. The help provided is in the form of graphics and step by step instructions. This proved helpful in understanding how to set up the email job logger, priority manager and templates.
The templates make logging a job a breeze. With automatic email and escalation, HelpMaster Pro does a lot of the work for you.
I will be using this software for some time and will continue this review as I learn more.
