GrimServe Description:
GrimServe is a stand alone Java application. Its function is to create a file server for sharing files over IRC networks/channels.
GrimServe falls into the category of IRC clients that function as bots. Basically, it joins an IRC network, then an IRC channel, and waits for users to interact with it.
It mirrors the FServe function of the SysReset script for mIRC.
