GrimBB Description:

GrimBB is a bulletin board that functions using file read/write operations. It is much simpler to set up (only two files require changes to be fully functional) than many of its predecessors and requires no databases (such as MySQL) to function. It supports templates through the use of CSS. The code is Open Source and available for downloading, viewing, modding, etc.
