File Split Pro is a program that allows you to split up large files into smaller segments, which can then be easily transported to other places (via Floppy disk, email attachment, web download). You can then combine these segments again at the other end.
Also has support for registering itself as a Windows Explorer Extension to make Splitting files even easier.
