Eudora 5.1
Reviewed by: Larry, Sun Feb 12 2006
The best feature of Eudora 5.1 is that it is a fully self-contained program. It does not rely on windows and runs in windows.
Crashes etc caused me much greif until discovered you could save Eudora 5.1 in it's entirity(sp) to a another disk, like a zip disk, and it would run fine.
Prior to formatting I save it to a disk and then put it back when I'm done.
I've been checking out V.7 and it won't transport like 5.1. V.6 seems to at this point, but I'd have to buy the key.
5.1 is bought and paid for and I really can't see any reason to upgrade for the reasons stated above.
I love it!
