ENDECRYPT is a file encryption-decryption application using a text
password as a cipher.

The application is easy to use and makes a file unreadable without a
Password which may be 80 characters in length. It is not easily deciphered without sophisticated code breaking methods, so making a file secure. It can be used to market a software application, image file or text that may be downloaded in its secure form and then a password purchased to decode the file. If you wish to send a secure message to a colleague then this application is a winner. The cipher has to be exchanged by another method.

The encoding is modelled on the DES standard. Input is a binary file and output is a binary file. The extension of the encrypted file is .cde and there is a header to indicate the type of file.
