Easy Hour Assignments with Excel Description:
An Excel spreadsheet where you specify the number of people you need each hour of the week and then assign daily hours to up to 25 people. You can assign 3 groups of hours (shifts) to each person each day and the program tracks hours for 3 different groups of people. A vacation planner lets you specify 10 vacation periods per person and prevents assignments when your people are on vacation. Bar graphs keep you informed of your scheduling progress
