I forgot to put a VB6 source file into sourcesafe one day. The next day, I made modifications and then decided that I didn't want them. So I "unchecked out" from sourcesafe to recover my original file from yesterday, but I had not checked them in yesterday. So, I lost a whole days work. Disk Investigator helped me search my 80G hard disk for the sectors that had my file and I recovered my file in less than 1 hour. Nice job and thanks.
