DirMonitor Publisher's Description:
DirMonitor permits you to watch every activity carried out in folders, files, registry keys and processes you decide to monitor. Possible actions are deletion, modification and creation of folders, files or registry keys. For processes, termination and activation can be monitored.

All these actions will remain logged and encrypted by the program and can be reviewed lateron. The Log will contain information about what action happened, when it was done and who did it. Filters can be used to log only useful information.

If you want, you can export this Log to a Text File or a HTML File. DirMonitor includes support to mail the Log File to any Email Address.

You can also attach Triggers to the actions. These Triggers will be executed whenever that specific action occurs: eg. play a sound when someone deletes a file. DirMonitor is even capable to send information about which file(s) have changed to any other program, using Dynamic Parameters.

Password protection for both the log file, as the program is included. The latter enables you to prevent unauthorized users from closing DirMonitor.

Wizards, plugins and scripting support make it easier to use DirMonitor.

Possible applications include virus detection (as you can monitor newly created files) and cleaning you PC after surfing the Net. Also, you can configure DirMonitor as such that it'll send all new file(s) in a certain folder to your virus scanner.

Besides the monitoring features, DirMonitor enables you to encrypt (using either Blowfish or Rijndael encryption), backup and wipe sensitive files.
