DialDictate Phone Dictation System Description:
DialDictate lets you dictate by telephone (standard line or VoiP).Users dial into a computer running DialDictate to record dictation. Recording, replay, editing and file management are controlled by pressing numbers on your telephone keypad. When you have completed a recording, DialDictate can then immediately send the dictation for transcription by email, the local computer network or via FTP.

No Technical Support and Bad Software
We purchased the software and hardware from their website and have had nothing but problems ever since. We needed a dictation system in a hurry and they have failed almost every way. We even purchased a support plan, but after 48 hours still have not heard back from them. The software will not hang up after a call is terminated. We have run tests that show the telephone boards are showing the line as 'hangup', but the software will not release the line for 3 to 5 minutes. That is a huge impact on telephone costs. I would steer clear of this group.
