Detagger Description:
Detagger selectively removes HTML markup, or goes all the way and converts HTML into text. As a markup remover, it lets you tidy up your HTML. As a HTML-to-Text converter, documents are converted into a more compact and email-friendly format, with all headings, lists and tables preserved. It supports wildcard and drag and drop operation. A console version is available for batch conversions and an API version is sold under separate license.

Detagger cut my time in half by creating an ASCII file with delimiters of my choice. Did I mention that I can batch process with Detagger? Html Conversions are a piece of cake now!!
