Daily Backup saves files according to your specification into a zip archive before shutting down. Each backup creates its own archive. This way you have always a backup even in the case of a crash during a backup! In order to save time and space you can confine the backup to files modified or created since the last backup, this results in an incremental backup.
A normal backup schedule would perform complete backups once a week or once a month; and incremental backups on all other days.

For extra security store the created zip archives on a network drive or even a USB micro hard drive.
