When I first bought it, it worked very well and I was able to put a few movies onto my itunes. Then my computer started running out of space so I deleted a few programs. Apparantly a deleted a part of the cucsoft program and had to redownload it. Then I tried to download a movie on my dvd to ipod converter and everytime I click convert, it closes down. HELP PLEASE!
