ContaCam Description:

ContaCam is a Security Surveillance and Live Webcam solution for Windows that supports an unlimited number of WDM, DV and Network cameras.

The Motion detection events are presented as animated thumbnails in a web interface through the integrated web server and it’s possible to configure various motion detection actions like FTP upload, send email with attached movement file or run an external program. This program performs live snapshots with the possibility of history tracking (all the past snapshots are recorded as a daily flash movie playable inside the web interface).

For the beginner there is an easy three steps Assistant which asks about the usage, the name and how long to keep the files; for the experts there are dozens of settings and the program can be configured to run as a windows service.
