Citrus Alarm Clock Publisher's Description:
Tired of setting your alarm clock to a different time each day? Tired of waking up to typical radio fodder or annoying beeps? Citrus Alarm Clock can help. It's a software alarm clock that wakes you up gently using your own music collection. Citrus lets you set as many alarms as you like, so you can wake up at different times on different days, and gently fades in the audio volume so you wake up relaxed.

Citrus Alarm Clock

This one was very easy to install and set up. The fadein feature is very nice. The choice of audio is an excellent feature in any clock. The mute sound feature is of course a needed asset as you do not want your speakers waking you up a few hours into a restful snooze. I give the Citrus a 4, only due to the fact it does not have it's own sounds or links to sounds, or a snooze button ( not that I use them, but some people do ). All others I have tried rate lower. This alarm is the one I will use and recommend.

Morning and I have a special arragement, It it stays out of my business I'll stay out of mornings business. after just a short time using Citrus I began waking up to the instant my music turns off (Citrus mutes all other sounds as it does its gradual fade up). so if you can imagine waking up to complete silence (or at least a very low tone) rather than a blairing shock back to reality from a regretable emergency brodcast system. I only have one suggestion and that would be an easy way to cancel the action of the volume fading up. seems you have to close the program to do so.
