I've been using computers for over twenty years, and I've never found a scheduler than Chronilist. Some others have cuter icons, most others look like each other, but none that I've seen combine ease of use and power like Chronilist.

Chronilist was recommended and installed by a consultant who was asked to find a program that will allow multiple people to use it on a network, without having to install MS Exchange or any other software. We love it. It has a truly useful interface that seems more interested in getting things done than in trying to look cute or complicated. It offers different colors for either employees or event types, as well as a "Free Time Finder" that makes it easy to find when several people might be available at the same time for a meeting. It catches accidental scheduling conflicts, and allows any user to view any other user's appointments (except those that are marked as private). That's what we find most useful of all. Now, we're all time-coordinated.
