ChangeGear Express - Service Desk Edition is an easy-to-use and simple-to-deploy change and incident management solution. ChangeGear's workflow is based on IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) out of the box to reinforce best practices in your IT process. ChangeGear routes each Request for Change (RFC) through its entire lifecycle including: request, screen, authorize, implement, release, and review. Simplify your help desk with an incident management module that includes email ticket creation, a web-based Self-Service Portal, and automated assignments and notifications. You can also create customizable notifications and reports to ensure that proper approvals are taking place ensuring regulatory compliance.
The Free Edition is fully functioning with two included named users.
