The product is not for the inventory-impaired or un-initiated. It provides a more traditional system where you add customers, vendors, items, and then can begin adding sales, credits and purchase orders to the system. It does provide the means to add them directly from the orders & invoices by clicking "Edit" buttons or menu items, but you cannot freeform type the information without a customer/vendor/item already having been created.

The typical free-form systems that have become more prevalent today ultimately often promote user-entered junk data over time. Business Aviator provides a more traditional structured way to manage data so-as to prevent junk (garbage-in garbage-out) data.

I do not recommend this product to companies that do not have someone that has used more sophisticated inventory software (e.g. Great Plains, Macola, MAS-90, etc) at some time. It's ideal for those that need the power offered by the high-priced systems without the cost.

Basically this software doesn't work, after installation I got an error message saying the free edition had passed its expiry date and after setting up the program everytime I tried raising a sales ticket or invoice I got a error message offering to shut the program down.
