When this ftp works its great but just try to get tec support and your out in the cold. I paid for it and cant even use and now that they have my money they wont talk to me. DONT BUY BAD SERVICE

I'm not sure what the other guy is talking about, maybe he's still figuring out his spam-filter. I've emailed them several times with problems with my firewall configuration and they've always been very helpful and quick to respond.
