This cusomization is similar to creating a form letter in a word processor, so once it's set up, you don't have to mess with it again. Once you have the "hard" part done, you'll find that day to day use of BillPower is a breeze. We love the program's calendar interface, which makes finding information on any date a simple matter. We love this program, especially, since any user on any computer can see what any other user has entered into the database. And any user can prepare reports or bills. It's wonderful.
