Bells And Whistles: good idea, extremely buggy, bad customer support, no updates
The functionalities are very helpful and smartly planned. However that is where the good stops. It's extremely buggy (crashes outlook, does not what it should), customer support is not very good (can't even register on their forum, sent them an email two months ago, never got a reply), and possibly what is worse they basically don't update it, so all the bugs that are in there now are going to stay. For example inserting plain text templates doesn't work at all and it's been a long time since I've seen an update.

I'm using it whithout any problems including the plain text templates. But i guess it depends a lot on what other Outlook add-in you have installed.
