Babya Photo Workshop Professional is a freeware and professional image
editor. It has a range of image effects filters, can be used with TWAIN
scanners-so you could scan in a image and edit it in Babya Photo Workshop
Professional, you can add borders and frames to image, save custom colors in
'Babya Color Collection' *.bbc format and more. Also includes Babya Photo
Workshop Standard-a basic bitmap editor and you can create image slideshows via the included Babya Presenter 1.0. Babya Photo Workshop Professional now includes 30 additional image effects with Babya Effects FX and Babya Effects FX Studio -over 50 effects in total.

I tried to download this twice first they sent me an email link that didn't work then I downloaded it from the download page and I received a message that something was missing and it wouldn't install ... this sucks don't waste your time with it.

cant save jpg, Cant set image size to your own specs.The Undo Feature Is a nightmare.

wouldn't open any but basic

this is my second attempt to download, as the first would only open the basic none of the rest. hope it works 2nd time around
