This stand-alone app does just that, changes a repository of whatever wallpapers U have stored on your computer, but the frequency cuts off to a max of 59-min 59-sec then it changes 2 the next in line. It would be nice to set it to a startup change only, and have maybe a tweak for fit to frame or randomize. OK & works on Win-7 when so many others don't.
