Auto Payroll calculates Social Security, Medicare, and federal, state, and local tax withholdings. It generates forms W-2, W-3, 1099-Misc, and 1096. The software also prepares forms 941, 940-EZ, and 940 automatically. Users only need to enter the total amount deposited for the quarter for 941 or the total FUTA amount deposited for the year for 940-EZ, and then generate and print the form. Auto Payroll generates up-to-the minute payroll tax liabilities, labor expenses, time and attendance reports. This software handles all pay periods, hourly, salaried, commissioned, non-employee workers, user-defined deduction and income categories.
