Atrise everyfind

I've used this program regularly for over a year now as I update user document libraries on my web site. The site contains over 1000 documents and my visitors use atrise to find what they are looking for in the libraries.
This is a good program that does it's job well. Takes a bit of setting up though especially when you want to integrate it into your web site.
Support was a bit terse and I finished up solving my own problems.
I also felt that it needed a bit of tidying up. For example you can write in a piece of code "dont_update" in each record to prevent an entry from being overwritten when a directory is respidered. A simple checkbox could make things a great deal easier.
You are able to edit your keywords when creating an entry by hand but you need to as the auto keyword generator often creates odd entries.
Search results are comprehensive and are rated by percentage making the search engine very easy to use from the site visitors point of view.
What won me over was the program's ability to group my data by subject. The visitor is able to select a subject and the search results display only results pertaining to that subject and ignore all of the other subjects.
