Neat product, with lots of pricing levels and scheduling flexibility. Love capacity scheduling and Availability feature.
I am more of a self service person who likes being able to control things so this solution is perfect for me. As other reviewers mentioned their customer support is only done via email but again for me it was always timely and accurate so I much prefer it this way rather than spending hours on hold or navigating automated phone systems. My 2 cents :)

well, first of all it is a bit complicated to set up. It works ( I mean the software is ok)
the interface is not that intuitive you had to press many buttons to do a single task which can simply be done by a button.

There were days i couldn't access and there was a long period where I couldn't access it, at all (like a couple weeks) and then they appear again. In an appointment based business, even an hour is not acceptable.

It is overpriced. They charge you 10 dollars extra (to what you are already paying) for exporting to your calendar. (and it is not subscription based, you have to import it to your calendar) hellllloooo we are in 2010 (almost.)

The customer support did not respond a couple emails also they openly told me that they never received any email from me etc….They replied some etc...

It seems to me whoever created this just created for extra bucks in the pocket, they are not determined to help you. They are not motivated to imporve their site in any way at all.

I switched to another online service and am very happy now...

I agree with the other review. A very elegant, functional system, no complaints about the product. I am having the same issue with customer service. I have recieved some help with the product in the past but am currently not receiving any reply from them.
