AntiSmoke Description:

AntiSmoke is a quit smoking monitor.

When sat at a computer, it´s easy to forget the time since the last cigarette, and inevitably, too many are smoked.

AntiSmoke records and calculates statistics for every cigarette smoked. The statistics are projected a user defined number of years into the future, and may be started in the past.

NRT (Nicotine Replacement Therapy) is also monitored, and an alarm will notify the user when NRT should be applied.
