startman.exe (4.97MB) purports to be FREE even on their home page "FREE!", install it & 20 days later it wants $25 to keep working. U only find out about that by reading the very fine print on the EULA during install and that is E-Z to miss! This ain't free just a taste of yet another whiz-bang fancy GUI startup manager that scans for limited malware just like good freeware ones do, Win-Patrol, CodeStuff Starter, A-Squared HiJack; FREEWARE that lets U know if a startup program is legit or narc-ware. Don't bother :-)
