Alarm Master Publisher's Description:
This skinnable PIM includes alarm clock, scheduler, calendar and timer. The alarm clock can remind you about important events by playing your favorite sound or music (WAV, MP3), showing a notification message, opening a document, or starting the program you like. Snooze is supported. There are special templates for setting the daily, weekly, monthly, yearly periodical alarms.

I use it as organizer.
It has a lot of templates for periodical events.
Snooze feature is useful too.

I agree, this is the absolute best alarm and note system I have found, and I have tried many. It will even read out your alarm! It is so easy to set, you can just go to the precise minute on the face of a clock and click to bring up the set alarm box for that time.
