In few words: SIMPLY FANTASTIC. Easy to install, fast and fully Perl 5 compilant. In many cases Perl scripts written for UNIX may work fine without modifications in the code and in some few exceptional cases you'll have to make minor changes to adecuate to Win structure. The developpers have a geat tool to use at the Windows/IIS platform the thousands of great resources avaiable written in Perl.
