Product mostly works as advertised, but company LIES

Isota (the company of Accuspell) claims that the product will work in any application, and that if you find one where it doesn't work support will be added in 48 hours, or you get a free license. I've send them a report three months ago, the error wasn't fixed, and no free license was sent. I've got reading confirmations so I know they are aware that they "forgot". Upon uninstalling, you were invited to fill a feedback form in exchange for a discount. I've sent them two and even got a reply from liza@isota.com, but never the discount. What a bunch of liars.
