Abakt is a free, open source, backup tool for Windows. Using a combination of advanced filters you can select files and directories to compress, copy or move.
Filters: You can select files by creating filters that are based on the properties of files. These file properties include: filename, directory, attributes, size, age and modification date.
Backup: Create a standard PKZIP archive using the built-in Zip library. Or call the external command line tool 7-Zip to create compressed archives. You can also copy, move or delete the selected files.
Automation: Abakt accepts command line arguments. Use the command line options to feed a Task Scheduler, and in batch scripts.

A solid back-up utility. Can be slightly intimidating to the novice, but persevere you can do it! Best of all, it is free.
