Photo Editor Rocks for Digital Scrapbooking

This program is very easy to use as a beginners photo editing program. Lots of great features and easy to follow instructions.
Lots of variety- to customize a digital scrap page.
Awesome features for an intermediate/advanced scrapper- blending modes, extractions, masks.
Can use psd templates for scrapping which is a hot trend right now.
And text on a path is able to be done is one click!

Easy to Learn photo editor

This is a easy to learn photo editor that can do a lot! The feature that I like the best because its so easy (compared to other editor) is the text on the path. Another bonus is the fact that it doesn't require a huge amount of memory and space compared to the competition. And you can tell this when you first start it, because it comes up almost instantly unlike other editors where I see it loading this & that.

This program is very easy to use! I scrap digital for almost two years now and always used psp, wich was always too slow and took up a lot of memory! PE is awsome and so fast and openend a new world to me...a much faster one!! I love the text on a path feature, it´s so simple! If you´re a beginner or a pro, you´ll love this program!!
