No physical presence is needed to monitor computers. Now network administrators can monitor large networks from one convenient, secure location. A.M.S. goes further than other monitoring packages, in that it can be configured to STOP users performing activities you have chosen. If required, it can also suspend individual users' access automatically and reinstate their access after an administrator defined period!
A.M.S. functions is 'realtime' so that preset activities are 'killed' instantly and automatically, without waiting for human intervention. A.M.S. can be deployed over a network easily to allow centralised log viewing via one central networked PC.
A.M.S. is suitable for business and education.
A.M.S. consists of software that resides on a single secure computer on the network with a small monitoring program residing on each of the computers on the network that you wish to monitor.
A.M.S. is completely configurable to allow the monitoring and blocking of events most relevent to your network and requirements. The Network Administrator maintains two event lists in A.M.S. to control user activity :-
- Filtered Events - events are added to be filtered out of the reporting screen for ease of viewing.
- Flagged Events - events that you do not want your users to perform.
