Poor support..

I really am very dissapointed with the support offered for this. They take too long to reply to customer e-mails. I e-mailed them about a payment option and the staff replied. But the staff member hasn't replied for 2 days... Very poor and unfair service. I was told that they'd set an account up for me as well to set my deadline.

bugs which never have been fixed

We've bought this software for our website but found several critic bugs. We tried to get them fixed, but got a reply ithat the the bugs will be fixed in the next release. Now it's 3 months!!! since we've been waiting. Terrible :(

Full integration with existing portal or forums DB
eg: Portal systems with database like: PHP-Nuke, Post-Nuke, Asp-Nuke, etc.
Or forums with database like : phpBB,Ikonboard, Yabb Se, etc.
Our flash chat server can use these user systems directly.
Monitor conversation invisibly
Administrator could real-time monitor all the information and actions of a client user, including client's IP address, location and its every operation. Using 123 Flash chat, administrator will be notified whenever a new client log in and be informed where is the client user coming from . Which function is perfect for live supporters.
