007 Spy Software Pro

Ok, this is my first time using this type of software, but I immediately noticed a lot of little issues.

1. It doesn't tell you if they hit the control, shift of alt key, so what good is that in knowing what the person is doing?

2. My Anti Vir kept bringing it up as spyware, so my son noticed this, & started deleting the software from the folder. This caused a huge problem every day.

Yes I had that thing checked off, I even went so far as to put the folder into my exceptions list & it would still bring it up, moreso when he would do a complete scan.

Also, why should we have to turn off our virus & anti spyware programs? That is a HUGE problem because now the computer is unprotected.

3. It sends you (I think, I'm still not sure exactly) an e-mail every 10 minutes, then it sends you one long e-mail w/ several days of content.

I was getting those long e-mails 2 times per day & it was very confusing, like had I viewed them before, why are they are sending it to me again.

This was wasting a lot of my time b/c I only want to see the info once, record it & move on to work.

4. Their customer service was non existent until I contacted their 3rd party processing company asking for a refund. Then all of a sudden they decided to respond to my e-mails.

They sent me a new URL to download another version of the software, but from what I could see, if was the version I had.

I e-mailed them to see if it was somehow different, but I still haven't received a response back & it's the end of the day.

We'll see if I get responses to my e-mails tomorrow.

After reviewing a number of the monitoring programs out there this one is one of the best for a very reasonable price. This is one of the best values for keeping track of the kids online activities.

omg..15 days free...wanted more!! I read these reviews and i think there fake, but i have to say i paid the $40 dollars for it and its well worth it! Well ui'm a jealus husband and its working for me!!
